Verseau takes its name from the French word for Aquarius, the water-bearer. It's a fitting one. A bar program is liquid in motion: bottles become pours, pours become sales, sales become margin. When that movement is invisible, money slips through the cracks.
We built Verseau to follow every drop, from bottle to glass, and turn it into something an operator can actually use: live inventory, sales and variance, and the profit insight to run a modern, profitable program. No bloated software. No second job. Just clarity.
